How to play Guess the Score

Guess the Score is a free football score prediction game. Each gameweek you predict the scoreline of upcoming matches, earn points for how accurate your predictions are, and climb the leaderboard against friends and players around the world.

Getting started

1. Sign up for a free account.
2. Open the current gameweek and enter a predicted scoreline for each match.
3. Submit your predictions before each match kicks off.
4. Earn points as results come in and track your position on the leaderboard.

How scoring works

Points are awarded for each match you predict:

• 3 points — for correctly predicting the result (a home win, away win or draw).
• 5 points — for predicting the exact scoreline.
• 8 points — a perfect prediction. An exact scoreline is also a correct result, so the points add together.

Wildcards

Wildcards are one-time boosts you can play on a gameweek to earn even more points. Each wildcard can be used once, so timing is everything.

• Perfect Score Double Points Double the points earned for perfect score predictions. Perfect scores give 10 points instead of 5.
• Double Points for Results Double the points earned for correct result predictions. Correct results give 6 points instead of 3.
• Multiplier - Results For every correct result in the gameweek, your total points multiply. 3 correct results = 9 points, then × 3 = 27 points.
• Multiplier - Perfect Scores For every perfect score in the gameweek, your total points multiply. 3 perfect scores = 15 points, then × 3 = 45 points.

Leagues and challenges

Create a private league and invite your friends to compete on your own leaderboard, or take someone on directly with a head-to-head challenge. Earn badges along the way and refer friends to grow your league.
